{"id":5696,"date":"2024-03-14T15:32:11","date_gmt":"2024-03-14T14:32:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indainiciativas.com\/?post_type=avada_portfolio&#038;p=5696"},"modified":"2024-04-30T17:57:44","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T15:57:44","slug":"mowe4job","status":"publish","type":"avada_portfolio","link":"https:\/\/indainiciativas.com\/en\/proxecto\/mowe4job\/","title":{"rendered":"MoWe4Job"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>KA210-VET \u2013 Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training<\/em><br><em>ID&nbsp;KA210-VET-3E25817D<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Project total grant: 60.000 \u20ac<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Objective<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>MoWe4Job project aims to place the gender economy at the center of the post-pandemic recovery dialogue by strengthening mothers\u2019 soft skills and facilitating their access to the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Specific Objectives<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific objectives of the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to raise awareness on labor market barriers for mothers and the mitigation measures for enhancing a better socio- economic inclusion and promoting a cultural change through family roles rebalancing (i.e. the system of paternity leaves);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to strengthen mothers\u2019 skills to access the labor market by activating their soft skills and a work-life balance strategy and developing new digital skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to initiate a dialogue with local public authorities, job centers and trade unions on actions to reduce the maternity gaps in the labor market access and create the conditions to remove discrimination in the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The main activities implemented by the project are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\">\n<li>awareness campaign on mothers\u2018 access to the labor market and gender equality, focusing on the parental leaves system and other mitigating measures to strengthen mothers\u2019 consciousness of the possibilities, policies and measures they can put in place to progress their role in the labor market and in the economy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>creation of a survey questionnaire submitted to 150 working mothers in the 3 countries for gender communication and skills gaps analysis;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>training programme deliver to 30 working mothers aimed at activating and developing soft skills to improve competitiveness in the access to the labor market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication &amp;
